Direct Support Before Self-Guided Depth Work

A different container would be more supportive right now.

Your responses suggest that at this moment, it may be difficult to reliably stay oriented, reflective, or grounded when intensity arises.

Trauma Alchemy is a self-paced, depth-oriented program. It works best when there is at least some capacity to stay in relationship with internal experience, even when things feel challenging.

When that capacity isn’t available yet, direct relational support is usually the safer and more effective starting point.

What I recommend instead

  • Working with a therapist, somatic practitioner, or supervisor

  • Using simple, stabilizing practices alongside that support

  • Returning to Trauma Alchemy later as an integrative resource

This isn’t a failure or a judgment. It’s about choosing the right container at the right time.

The work will still be here.
