Effective Date: June 18, 2026

VoseSomatic LLC ("VoseSomatic," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website offerings.vosesomatic.com and related programs, including Trauma Alchemy, Heal the Pattern, the 30 Day Nervous System Challenge, and our free resource bundles (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By visiting the Site, joining our email list, taking our quiz, or purchasing a program, you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly: This includes your name and email address when you join our email list, take our nervous system pattern quiz, request a free bundle, or sign up for a course. If you purchase a program, we also collect billing information such as your name, email, and mailing address. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor (through Thinkific's checkout system); we do not store your full card number ourselves.

If you contact us, leave a testimonial, or participate in a community or comment section, we collect what you share with us, including any details you choose to disclose.

Information collected automatically: When you visit the Site, our hosting platform (Thinkific) and analytics tools automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and time spent on the Site. This is collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies, described further in Section 4.

Information from third-party tools: We use the following third-party services to operate the Site and our programs:

- Thinkific - hosts the Site and our courses, and processes purchases

- GetResponse - manages our email list and sends email communications

- Interact (TryInteract) - powers our quiz and collects your quiz answers and email address

- Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) - helps us measure how our ads perform and shows you more relevant ads based on your activity on the Site

- Google Analytics - helps us understand how visitors use the Site

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review them.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

- Deliver the courses, bundles, and content you've purchased or requested

- Send you emails, including course materials, the newsletter, and promotional content (you can unsubscribe at any time)

- Personalize your quiz results and follow-up content

- Respond to questions and provide customer support

- Improve the Site and our programs

- Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share information only with:

- Service providers (Thinkific, GetResponse, Interact) who need it to operate the Site, deliver content, or process payments on our behalf

- Legal authorities, if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users

- A successor entity, if VoseSomatic is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

- Advertising partners (Meta and Google), who receive limited information through tracking pixels so we can measure and improve our ad campaigns

We do not sell your information to data brokers, and we do not share it for any purpose beyond what's described in this policy.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, set by Thinkific and by the third-party tools listed above, to remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and understand how visitors use the Site.

We also use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel and Google Analytics. These tools may track your activity on the Site, and in the case of the Meta pixel, your activity across other websites, so we can measure ad performance and show you more relevant ads. Under California law, this kind of tracking can be considered a "sale" or "share" of personal information, even though no money changes hands. Section 7 explains how to opt out.

You can also disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not function properly without them.

5. Email Communications

If you join our list, take our quiz, or purchase a program, you'll receive emails from us. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Transactional emails related to a purchase (such as receipts or login details) may continue even after you unsubscribe from marketing emails, since they relate to a product you've bought.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account or email subscription is active, or as needed to provide you services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you'd like your data deleted sooner, contact us using the information in Section 13.

7. Your Privacy Rights

All users: You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us.

California residents: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of that information, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, including the advertising-related tracking described in Section 4. To opt out, email us at the address in Section 13 and ask to be removed from our advertising audiences, or adjust your settings directly through Meta's ad preferences or Google's ad settings.

EU, UK, and Swiss residents: If data protection law in your country applies to you (such as the GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict our use of your personal information, to receive a copy of your data in a portable format, and to object to certain processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we've collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, including those provided by our service providers, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Data Transfers

VoseSomatic operates between the United States and Colombia, and our service providers may process data in the United States or other countries. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in a country with different data protection laws than your own.

11. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party sites, such as Amazon or our social media pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies separately.

The Site also includes a link to apply for private coaching with Daniel Vose through Body Informed LLC, a separate business. That application is hosted on Google Forms and is not governed by this policy. Body Informed LLC, not VoseSomatic LLC, receives and is responsible for any information submitted there.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
