Office Hours and Communication
Daniel maintains standard working hours from Monday to Friday. Any communications received outside of these hours will be addressed during the next business day.
For general inquiries and non-scheduling related matters, please use email as the primary mode of communication. This ensures that your concerns are given the thoughtful attention they deserve. In most cases you will need to book a session to have your non-scheduling related inquires addressed.
Text messaging is reserved exclusively for scheduling or rescheduling appointments to ensure efficiency and to avoid any misunderstandings.
Cancellation Policy
We require a 24-hour notice for the cancellation of any scheduled appointment. This allows us to manage our schedule and offer the time slot to another client who may need it.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur the full fee, as outlined in the coaching contract you signed upon initiating our services.
Session Communication for Hourly Clients
Clients who pay by the hour are encouraged to use email to schedule between session. Daniel is not usually available for contact between scheduled sessions. This practice is in place to preserve the integrity and quality of your sessions, providing clear, focused attention on your needs.
Intensive Coaching Container
For clients who opt for the intensive container with a commitment of $5,000 or more per month, Daniel offers more exclusive access. This includes:
Voxer access for communication between sessions, with responses provided within 24 hours on business days.
Priority scheduling to accommodate your needs.
Additional contact and support, tailored to the individual arrangement.
Custom Arrangements
We recognize that each individual’s needs are unique. Custom arrangements can be discussed and developed to provide a personalized coaching experience. Please reach out to discuss how we can best accommodate your specific requirements.
General Policies
Confidentiality: Client confidentiality is paramount in all interactions and services.
Payment: Fees for sessions or packages are due as agreed upon in the coaching contract, and payment must be made promptly to ensure continuation of services.
Respect: Mutual respect in all interactions between client and coach is expected. Disrespectful behavior may lead to termination of services.
Professional Boundaries: Our professional relationship is important. While Daniel is committed to supporting your growth and well-being, it is essential to maintain clear boundaries to ensure the effectiveness of the coaching process. This can be confusing for some regarding the attachment repatterining approach. Understand that the relationship is a real relationship and it is a paid professional relationship in which Daniel is compensated monetarily for the work he provides.
